Descriere

Schedules and performs all the billing systems activities in order to be compliant with the company’s procedures

Responsabilităţi

• Analyze the business requirements specification in order to find out proper solution for implementation, customization, upgrade, integration in the billing systems;
• Act as a consultant in development of the company business processes in regards to the involvement of the billing systems;
• Configure the billing systems to meet the business requirements and assure prompt and correct implementation;
• Test new software shipments to ensure that the shipment satisfies the business requirements and to ensure the complete compatibility of the shipment with the other software packages in place;
• Provide first level of support for the users;
• Resolve in a timely manner the complaints reported from the users/customers and provide feed-back;
• Ensure the running of the billing processes according to the defined schedules;
• Create and updates the documentation for the implementation of the features in the system as required by the office/department policy;

Cerinţe

• Technical or scientific degree/diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
• Strong knowledge of UNIX & shell script;
• Preferable knowledge of GSM technology and services;
• Good knowledge of programming language (C/C++ or Java) is preferable although not mandatory; 
• Knowledge of BSCS/Ericsson billing system is preferable;
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
