Florina Tănase has 20 years of experience in executive management positions in the fields of legal, corporate governance, regulation, compliance, security, CSR and communication, in highly regulated industries such as telecom and pharma, and a strong professional track record. Florina Tănase graduated from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, and holds a Master's degree in European Union law, as well as a Master's degree in Competition Culture from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She also has an EMBA degree from Tiffin University and the University of Bucharest as well as an international practice diploma in M&A and International Business Organizations from the International Bar Association & College of Law of England and Wales. Florina is a Certified Director (IDP-C) INSEAD and owns a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD.
